Right now I have tea parties on the brain!
Big Sister {my daughter} is turning 6 in a few weeks!
Yeah, I seriously can't believe that I have a child that old!
She is getting so big SO fast!
She decided that this year she wants a Tea Party for just the girls!
I ran with that idea and decided to do a vintage tea party!
I love planning parties, and start planning my kids parties months in advance!
Yes, I'm a little crazy!
And the easiest way for me to organize all of the inspiration that I find for our party theme is on Pinterest!
And I have found some AMAZING tea parties for my inspiration!

ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike huh? My daughter just celebrated her 3rd bday last month and she's already taking about her 4th bday. She wants a princess themed tea party.
ReplyDeleteI think tea parties are classic, elegant and something every girl should have and experience at least once. Good luck!

Oh man, I really want an excuse to have a Alice and Wonderland tea party. A friend of mine went to one and they used tea cups with "fake" roses in them for center pieces. I say "fake" because when she showed them to me I thought they were real. I got the chance to meet the host and learn how to make the flowers. Check out the tutorial at http://bakingmemoirs.blogspot.com/2011/05/coffee-filter-flowers.html if you're interested.
