Monster 3rd Birthday Party

The following week after my daughter's Shabby Chic Tea Party Birthday Party
we celebrated the twins 3rd Birthday.  I had seen a fantastic monster party on pinterest, and I wanted to re-create that party for my boys with my own twist.  We sent out these fun invitations
With 15 kids and 15 adults at the party we kept it pretty kid friendly.  We served BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs.  With Cesar salad, fruit salad, and chips.
The idea for the napkins was found here. And the fun creepy eyeball cookies idea was found here.
The centerpieces on the tables were tissue paper pom poms made to look like monsters.  And the table runners were Green and White Chevron fabric purchased at www.fabric.com
I found the cute idea of turning the juice boxes into monsters here.
I had great aspirations of making this awesome monster cake, but time got away from me, so we ended up with a chocolate cake with orange frosting.  But it was sure delicious!
And the two birthday boys!  The most important thing was that they had a blast
and absolutely loved their monster party!
Sorry about all of the pictures, there were just too many cute ones to choose from!
As the kids left the party, they were given these fun black and white chevron bags filled with monster lollipops, toys, and stickers!

Lost Tooth

We had a pretty BIG milestone happen at our house about a week ago!  Big Sister lost her first tooth!
It had been hanging there by a thread for a while so I finally just pulled it for her.  She placed it under her pillow that night.  The tooth fairy came and gave her a dollar.  When she woke up in the morning, Big Sister came out of her room, and said with the most attitude that a only 5 year old going on 13 could muster up,
"Mom, I only got a dollar!"
I had to laugh, I guess she expected a rich tooth fairy!

This weekend we are having the twins 3rd Birthday Party!  But, didn't you just have a birthday party for your daughter last weekend?  Yup, we sure did!  My daughter and the twins' birthdays are ONE day apart!  February is kinda busy for our family!

For the twins birthday, we chose to have a monster theme!  And of course, I went straight to Pinterest for inspiration!

Shabby Chic 6th Birthday Tea Party

This past weekend we had Big Sister's 6 Birthday party!
This year she chose to have a tea party with just the girls!  I had SO much fun planning this party!
The party was designed around this invitation that I designed in Photoshop
The girls made gumball pearl necklaces, ate lots of sweets, played in the backyard in their party dresses,
and painted their nails!

Class Valentines {Bubbles}

I shared this idea over at Through the Eyes of the Mrs. a few weeks ago.  And today I thought that I would share it with you!

Valentine's Day is coming up!  So, I thought I would share with you the valentines that my daughter will be giving out this year in her kindergarten class!

I was at The Dollar Tree the other day and found these bubbles in sets of 3.
I loved the idea of giving out bubbles this year! I mean, who doesn't love bubbles?!
You Blow Me Away Valentine
Then I made these fun labels, wrapped them around the bubbles
and used a little piece or two of scotch tape to secure it to the bottle!
You Blow Me Away Valentine
A fun and unique way to say Happy Valentine's Day!
Feel free to print them out for your Valentines this year!
Thanks Beth for having me today!  Please stop by 3 Four and Under and say hi!  I would love to have you!
